A few pillows for your comfort as well as a chair for head/neck/shoulder massage. A private room works best, somewhere where you will not be disturbed during your massage.

Please give as much notice as possible. There is no charge for cancelled appointments however patients that routinely abuse the policy will have time restrictions put in place.

Depending on the level of pressure during your massage you may be tender or sore for a day or two. Feel free to ask your RMT for more or less pressure anytime during your treatment.

You will need to check with your health insurance provider to see what coverage you have available. Most health insurance plans have some allowance for Registered Massage Therapy. We offer direct billing to most insurance providers.

For your massage the RMT will be using holly oil which is all natural, odourless and moisturizes skin. If you have lotion or oil you prefer, that can also be used.
